My business partner once asked someone from the Auditor Generals office what he did. At first he got the spiel. He thank him and them said, “OK, what do you REALLY do?”<\/p>\n

The response fundamentally was, “I produce from the statistics whatever figures are necessary to support the argument being presented by the person or group that asked for the figures.”<\/p>\n
