If you are interested in what I take, why and from where I source them, here is the skinny: www.tomgrimshaw.com\/VitaminsITake.txt<\/p>\n<p>This enables me to keep up what my wife&#8217;s physio described as an &#8220;aggressive&#8221; training routine:<\/p>\n<p>Every day:<br \/>\n100 Crunches<br \/>\n100 Lunges<br \/>\n100 Knee ups<br \/>\n100 Arm raises<br \/>\n200 Arm circles<br \/>\n200 Walking on toes with one arm raised<\/p>\n<p>Every second day, 5 sets of :<br \/>\n20 Dips<br \/>\n20 Pushups<br \/>\n20 Chinups<br \/>\n20 Star jumps<br \/>\n10 Box jumps<br \/>\n5 Burpees<br \/>\n5 Squats<\/p>\n<p>Every other day I do sprints.
