It makes it a tough sell for the vaccine makers because the basic premise of a vaccine is that it stimulates the immune system to create antibodies that are supposed to prevent you from becoming ill or infected by the pathogen. [According to some researchers that theory has limited to no validity as they have found people who do not get sick but do not have the antibodies. How does that work?] So if the vaccine precipitated anitbodies wear out in mere months, what to do? Get a shot every three months? Or preserve and protect your health and build your immune system so it can defend against all pathogens?
