They have to want what you wnat to sell them.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How do you get around that? Make the consumer want a solution provided by the government and sell the solution to the government.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuts out the middle-man.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do your PR right, cuts out the advertising.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takes the chance out of the equation.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Very much less labor-intensive invoicing the government for 20 million of something rather than invoicing 10 million different people.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And easier because governments are not spending their own money the are provably more irresponsible than a person spending their own money, they don&#8217;t look as critically as a purchase as does a consumer.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also a lot more wasteful as a consumer will very rarely buy 50 extra of something &#8216;in case they are needed.
