Inactivated vaccines caused local harms and an estimated 1.6 additional cases of Guillain-Barr\u00e9 Syndrome per million vaccinations. The harms evidence base is limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, to repeat, NO reduction in complications, NO reduction is deaths, NO reduction in hospitalisations, a small chance of less time off work but an increased risk of permanent neurological damage.
