Summarized, if you feed it too few nutrients it does not reduce the nutrients needed to fuel basic functions like the heart, lungs and brain, it defers things like cellular repair (like cancer fighting) until the nutrient levels improve. Unfortunately, with most people, they don\u2019t improve their nutrition so we suffer for it and die earlier than we need to.<br \/><br \/>This is absolutely HUGE! This is the evidence I needed to support the nutrition philosophy I have incorporated into my daily dietary routine for the last decade. I have had people look bug-eyed at the 30 odd supplements I take with breakfast and ask if I notice any difference in taking them. When I say no they ask why I still take them. Well, this is why. If you are noticing a difference in the way you feel with what you eat you are WAY undernourished!
