I keep the uneaten half of my avocados in this case but the surface of the flesh gets brown. I have tried adding olive oil, vinegar and other substances to see if they would prevent the browning. I finally found something that works great. I just rub a bit of coconut oil on the bottom and put the avocado cut side down. No browning.
