Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has just received a letter from Deputy Inspector General William Blier regarding the petition stating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., a key advocate in the fight for vaccine safety, has been delivered a substantial victory by Deputy Inspector General, William Blier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IG has sent Kennedy\u2019s allegations of Fraud & Obstruction of Justice by Department of Health and Human Services attornies to the Department of Justices Office of Professional Responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s an excerpt from the letter which was made public earlier today by childrenshealthdefense.org.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBased on our review, we have determined that your letter contains allegations of misconduct by Department of Justice attorneys in the course of their representing the Department of Health and Human Services in connection with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Accordingly, we are required by law to refer your allegations to the OPR. We have provided your letter and accompanying materials to OPR for action it determines to be appropriate.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While this language may seem like a formality, it moves Kennedy\u2019s case into a higher department in the DOJ\u2019s chain. This means further exposure and deeper scrutiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
