That pesky, inconvenient truth ruining a highly profitable lie.<\/p>\n<p>Updated data from\u00a0NASA\u00a0satellite instruments reveal the Earth\u2019s polar ice caps have not receded at all since the satellite instruments began measuring the ice caps in 1979. Since the end of 2012, moreover,\u00a0total\u00a0polar ice extent has largely remained above the post-1979 average.
