(I normally have one of my bars and a slice for breakfast.)<br \/>\nA soup spoon of each of:<br \/>\nNutriBlast<br \/>\nSavoury yeast flakes<br \/>\nProtein powder<br \/>\nLecithin granules<br \/>\nSome<br \/>\nTurmeric<br \/>\nMagnesium<br \/>\nProbiotics<br \/>\nFulvic minerals<br \/>\nin the juice of<br \/>\nthree oranges<br \/>\none lemon<br \/>\ntaken with my handful of supplements<br \/>\nwith some herbs from the garden:<br \/>\nGotu kola<br \/>\nBacopa\/Brahmi<br \/>\nfollowed by two fried eggs with some salt and pepper.<br \/>\nYep.
