This is the most comprehensive presentation I have seen on the dangers of vaccines made in aborted human fetal cells. The MMR and chicken pox vaccines are both made with human fetal cells. Also some polio vaccines are.

This researcher gives the technical reason why these vaccines can and are contributing to an increase in cancer and autoimmune diseases, even i nthe small amounts that are in vaccines, contrary to the claims made by the pHarma companies and their apologists, like Paul Offit.

It is worthy of note that the take off point for the steep increase in autism rates is date coincident with the introduction of human fetal cell DNA into vaccines.

The 16 Pillars of Optimal Health

I usually feel pretty good but right now I am on a mega-high. In the last week alone I have had three people I have helped all report improvement as a result of the data I was able to pass on that they implemented to themself or a loved one.

This morning I spoke to someone who wants three copies of my book for use in her organisation. So to make it the best I could I added some data from a video I watched today. In doing some more proof reading I reread my chapter on The 16 Pillars of Optimal Health. I thought I’d share it with you. So here it is.

My reading has led me to the conclusion that there are 16 major factors, each of which makes a huge difference to the health of your body and the quality and length of your life. These factors fall into five groups:
1. fueling the body,
2. avoiding or ridding it of toxins,
3. lifestyle choices,
4. environmental factors,
5. communication.

The sixteen pillars are:

Fueling the Body
Air – Properly Inhaled, Clean Air
Water – Adequate Hydration
Nutrition – Optimal nutrient intake & absorption for Your body

Toxic Load
Toxins – Zero Toxin Level (Medical/recreational drugs are toxic.)

Lifestyle Choices
Sleep – Adequate, Restful Sleep
Sun – Optimal Exposure to Sun
Activity – A Level of Fitness adequate to your use of your body
Spiritual Awareness – Being aware that you are a spiritual being.
On Purpose – Knowing and Pursuing Your Basic Purpose in life
Continuous Improvement – Not letting any area of life go downhill but taking effective action to correct departures from your ideal scene in that area.
Attitude – Positive mental attitude or optimism is a key part.
Stress – Experiencing as near as you can, zero stress/suppression.

Environmental Factors
The country you live in, the state, county and suburb all make a difference to your health prospects.

Communication
Being Married – Yes, despite the problems many of us have in this area of our life, divorced and single people do not live as long as married ones.
Friends – Having 5+ close personal friends lengthens your life.
Social Interactions – According to a 2018 study, the more social interactions you have each day, the longer you live.

Individually, any of these factors being severely out can reduce the enjoyment in your life substantially and shorten it considerably. So these sixteen items are not like blocks stacked on top of one another – the more blocks you have, the higher you go. Or you take one block off and it only reduces your overall quality or length of you life by a sixteenth.

It’s more like a team game of ten pin bowling, where each of sixteen individuals has a turn and the score of the team is the value of the lowest scoring team member – the weakest link.

Another way to look at it is like you are sailing through life’s tempests in a wooden rowboat made of sixteen boards. You start taking in water as soon as one of them starts to fail. The bigger the failure, the more water you take in, the faster you sink!

So do not ignore any of the sixteen. In this report I will cover much data I have uncovered relating to each of these points.

If you are firmly convinced that nothing would change your mind that you are nothing but a meat body and there is no spiritual side to life, just skip this concept and apply the others to the best of your ability.
