I have heard it said that man’s worst ability is the ability to confront evil. The following may be too much to confront for some people. Some will disbelieve it because it is so different from they way they think. This is unfortunate because there are people in the world who do evil things and unless we confront them and their actions and take measures to neutralise them, we will end up being the adverse effects of their evil. That is not an outcome I desire for thee and me.
‘After World War II, it was discovered that the Nazis had been experimenting with the Visna virus. Visna is a disease that destroyed much of the sheep population of Iceland in the early 1930s. To isolate the virus, they first went to Iceland and dug up the long dead and frozen sheep. After the war, many German scientists came to America under Operation Paperclip and continued their work. The American space program was initiated in this manner. February 12, 1962, saw the birth of America’s “Special Virus Program.” In 1969, biological warfare expert Donald M. MacArthur predicted that a biological agent would be developed within the decade, that would destroy its victim’s immune system.
On June 9, 1969, at a House Appropriations hearing, the Defense Department’s Biological Warfare Division requested funds to create this new biological disease, the “Special Virus.” It was stated that the new weapon would be a disease created by splicing certain genes and would affect the victim’s immune system. It was stated that they were five to ten years from project completion. The funds were approved.
On July 18, President Nixon sent a secret memo to Congress entitled “Special Message to Congress on Problems of Population Growth” regarding an “urgent overpopulation” problem. March 16, 1970, President Nixon signed Public Law 91-213 into effect. Here we are told that the population growth of the third world is seen as a threat to U.S. investment opportunities. It was then documented that a solution “To Stabilize World Population” would be sought. John D. Rockefeller III was called to be chairman of the Commission. This same issue of population control is emphasized in Nixon’s July 18, 1969, “Message to Congress on Population” and House Resolution 15090, part IV. page 129 makes mention of a mysterious “Synthetic Biological Agent.”
In 1971, Dr. Robert Gallo wrote a paper on the “Special Virus”, titled “Reverse Transcriptase of Type-C Virus Particles of Human Origin”, in which he reveals he was working on behalf of the U.S. government to create a virus that would negatively impact the defense systems of the human immune system. We are told that, as part of the program, the Visna virus, a form of wasting disease the Nazis found in Icelandic sheep, was spliced into another to create this Special Virus particle.
In 1972, the World Health Organization (WHO) stated that: “An attempt should be made to ascertain whether viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function. By depressing 7S vs. 19S antibody or effecting T-cell as opposed to B-cell function… the possibility should be looked into that the immune response to the virus may itself be impaired if the effective viruses damage more or less selectively the cells responding to the viral antigens.” – Bulletin of the WHO, vol.47. pg. 257- 274.
In 1974 we saw the American government release “NSM-200 U.S. Plan to Address Over Population.” It was the sole topic of discussion at the World Population Conference held in Bucharest Romania later that year. In 1975, President Gerald Ford signed National Security Defense Memorandum #314 (NSDM#34). This gave official U.S. approval for the enactment of Kissinger’s NSSM-200 depopulation program.
An experimental hepatitis B vaccine (“Lot#751”), made by Merck and Co. Inc, was tested exclusively on homosexual men in Manhattan beginning in 1978. Soon after, the vaccine was also tested on the same population in Los Angeles and San Francisco. These tests were overseen by Dr. Wolf Szmuness who was working for the Centre for Disease Control (CDC), testing lasted until 1981.
In 1984, Dr. Robert Gallo filed a patent application for the invention of the HIV/AIDS virus. Over the next five to ten years, the world saw the outbreak of the AIDS virus; the epicenter being among Manhattan’s, Los Angeles’ and San Francisco’s gay populations. Coincidentally, the exact same people who received the hepatitis B vaccine were the first AIDS victims.
The 1984 “discovery” of AIDS was announced by Dr. Robert Gallo of the National Cancer Institute, which is located on the grounds of Fort Detrick, Maryland. This is the main U.S. Army biological weapons research facility. His paper announcing the discovery was nearly word for word identical to his earlier 1971 paper which told of his search for the “Special Virus.” This announcement made Gallo the most famous virologist in the world. In Vol. 27 of Science, on pages 173-177, Dr. Robert Gallo announced that HIV/AIDS in fact “evolved from Visna” and has the exact genetic sequences. Despite this, the world has been told that the virus came from infected monkeys in Africa. If HIV/AIDS came from African monkeys, we must ask how they got it from long dead Icelandic sheep? The world is told that AIDS is the first primate virus to “jump species”, to cross from monkey to man. It was also discovered that the incidence of AIDS infections in Africa coincided exactly with the locations of the WHO smallpox vaccination program. The London Times. May 11m 1987, ran a headline for an article by Pearce Wright, Science Editor, which read “Smallpox Vaccine Triggered AIDS Virus.”
In 1999, Dr. Boyd E. Graves, himself an HIV patient, was researching AIDS when he found a document that seems to prove that the American government invented the disease as a biological weapon. The document is a five-page fold out flowchart that was originally page 61 of a volume called “the Special Virus Cancer Programs, a division of United States’ bio-wcaponry, 1971 Progress Report #8.” The flow chart links together fifteen animal reports, 20.000 scientific papers and numerous contracts. The objective of the flowchart was the creation of a “contagious cancer virus” that would attack the immune system, exactly what HIV/AIDS is. With this knowledge, Graves filed suit against the United States for the “creation, production and proliferation of AIDS” on September 28, 1998. Both the lower court and the appeals court dismissed the case as “frivolous”. Graves has since written of his work in his book State Origin: the Evidence of the Laboratory Birth of AIDS, in which he discloses hundreds of other incriminating government documents.
The American government spent $550 million to develop the “Special Virus”. Despite calls to account for the money and release information about this virus, they have refused. According to Dr. Graves. 15.000 gallons of the AIDS virus was ready in 1977. From that point it was distributed to Africa disguised as a small pox vaccine and then in Manhattan, distributed as a hepatitis B vaccine for gay men. Blacks and gays: two of the most discriminated against groups in the 1970-80’s. Startlingly, the AIDS virus is ethno-selectivc, infecting twice as many Blacks, Latinos and Native Americans as whites, with death coming three times as swiftly. On April 20, 2000, the Washington Post reported that 16 million people had died from AIDS since 1980. Sixty percent of the dead are sub-Saharan Africans and in the United States more than 80% of those killed by AIDS have been African Americans.
With the heat on him, in 2001 Dr. Gallo admitted he was the “Project Officer” for the federal virus development program, aka the “Special Virus.” He said his work was on a primate study contracted by Litton Bionetics that combined cancers and viruses in baby macaque monkeys. Few understand that AIDS is a form of cancer and fewer yet understand the relation between cancers and viruses.
The Washington Times reported on September 21, 2003, that “Some of the Polio Vaccine given to millions of American children from 1962 until 2000 could have been contaminated with a monkey virus that shows up in some cancers, according to documents and testimony to be delivered to a House committee Wednesday.” This cancerous monkey virus, known as SV40, was injected into millions of North American children between 1962-2000. This generation now has the highest incidence of cancer, an extremely expensive disease to treat.
AIDS was created to kill millions of people. The Luciferian elite made themselves judge, jury and executioner. The victim’s supposed crimes? Mere existence. Consider that public heath clinics continue to attract mainly poor and marginalized minority groups for free immunizations and vaccines. For these reasons we should be wary of mandatory vaccination programs that just don’t make sense. In 1998 President Bill Clinton enacted legislation that 12 hour old infants receive a series of three vaccinations against Hep B. Why? The fact is that 96% of those infected with Hep B never become seriously ill, instead they develop life long immunity and are never contagious. It is also known that those receiving this vaccination would supposedly lose their immunity by their teenage years.
Recently the Western world has been introduced to Gardasil, another vaccine given to females of childbearing age. This one to immunize against HPV caused cervical cancers. Gardasil is made by Merck, the same company that brought the experimental Hep B vaccine to American gays. It should also be known that Merck Pharmaceutical Company’s president, George W. Merck, was head of America’s biological weapons industry during the Cold War.
In February 2009, the H5N1 Bird Flu’ virus, a level three biological weapon, was discovered in Baxter’s flu shot vaccine, destined for public usage in Europe. It was reported in the March 6 issue of the Times of India and in many other publications, such as the Toronto Sun, but not at all in the U.S. Truly the nearest of misses, if the vaccine was released, the ensuing worldwide epidemic could have killed 60% of earth’s population! Scientists declared there was absolutely no way this could have been an accident! This is the story of the century and it’s practically a secret.’
