Every weekday morning I walk Julie across the park to the bus. With the dogs I then continue round the other side of the Greyhound track, doing my lunges and limbering up exercises till I come to the fitness stations. There I do some sprints, chin ups, push ups, leg ups etc.

At one of the exercise stations a fitness instructor, Michael Wilson, takes a group of people through an exercise routine. A few days ago we got to talking and it seems we share similar views on the range of things needed to live optimally.
