The last unknown is not outer space. It’s within the body. We are incredible beings capable of incredible things. The perfect piece of machinery is the human body. If we were a car and we put the kind of crap we put into our system and we were a car, we’d only run for 2 weeks. Remember that. Take care of your body, do the right thing, and everything else will fall into place.
